Sirvirther Cook
Director of Billing & Administration
With eight years of experience in behavioral health billing, Sirvirther Cook brings a strong operational foundation and deep institutional knowledge to the role of Director of Billing and Administration. A graduate of Alcorn State University, she earned a degree in Political Science/Pre-Law, which laid the groundwork for her analytical thinking and understanding of regulatory frameworks. After serving the practice as a contracted biller, she transitioned into the full-time Director position on February 1, 2026. Throughout her tenure, she has developed expertise in insurance billing, revenue cycle management, and administrative operations within a behavioral health setting.
In addition to her billing experience, Sirvirther Cook previously worked in the federal government, where she reviewed policy and built collaborative relationships with state, local, and federal partners, as well as other key stakeholders. That experience strengthened her analytical skills, attention to regulatory detail, and ability to navigate complex systems, all of which directly support her leadership in billing compliance, operational oversight, and administrative strategy. She combines that policy background with a service-oriented mindset to promote efficiency, accountability, and strong organizational relationships.

Monique O. Cook
Administrative Lead
Monique O. Cooks is a native of Wichita Kansas. She's lived in Gulfport since she was 15 years old and is a graduate of Gulfport High School. She graduated MGCCC as a Certified Phlebotomist and a Physician Office Assistant as well as an Associates of Science degree. She loves working with and for people. She believes that it’s her calling in life to touch as many lives as possible and to leave them better than she found them. She has two beautiful children, a daughter and a son, who mean the world to her.
Natasha Cochran
Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Natasha is currently a Billing Analyst with a local utility company. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business and plans to start Billing for local Medical offices.
Before her career as a Billing Analyst, Natasha spent 20 years in the customer service industry with a fortune 500 company. After a successful career, Natasha decided to transition to a private business for a more personal experience. She is the mother of two beautiful daughters. She enjoys reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Natasha has decades of customer service experience and is prepared to continue offering our clients the best customer care possible.​

Khendra Kamaunu
Administrative Lead
Khendra Kamaunu was born and raised in Washington State. She completed a Certified Nursing Assistant program during her senior year of highschool then began working at a local NeuroTrauma ICU. During her time as a CNA, she found her love for serving others within her community.
She moved to Mississippi in 2021 and has worked as a medical office receptionist since. Driven by her love for helping others, Khendra takes pride in providing the best service possible for all walks of life.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, spending time with her family and is almost always found with a book.
Jazlyn Gowdie
Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Jazlyn Gowdie is a native of Rhode Island, and a new resident of the Gulf Coast, after wanting to move to a warmer environment. Jazlyn has gained valuable experience, working in the medical field with both patients and administrative tasks. While working as a medical receptionist at a chiropractor's office, she also earned her medical receptionist certification. Her combination of hands-on care, and administrative skills makes her a well-rounded professional in the healthcare industry.
In her spare time Jazlyn loves to spend time with her daughter. Cooking is another passion of hers; she finds joy in preparing meals for her family. Additionally, she likes to be creative by customizing clothing and other items.

Lindsey Dorsett is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern currently pursuing her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University, where she maintains a 4.0 GPA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi and is an Air Force veteran. Lindsey is passionate about working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and self-esteem concerns.
Lindsey provides a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She believes healing begins through authentic connection and strives to help each client build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Lindsey considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing and looks forward to supporting each person’s unique path to growth.
Jade Cross is currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Louisiana State University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University and have a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, advocacy, and support.

Jade's background includes experience in education and working closely with students and families, which helped strengthen her communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. She is deeply passionate about mental health, community support, and empowering others to overcome obstacles and grow in confidence and stability.

Jade's faith is a central part of who she is and continues to inspire her purpose and commitment to serving others with empathy and integrity. She is excited for this internship opportunity and look forward to learning, growing, and making a positive impact throughout this journey.
Michella McCree is a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern currently pursuing her graduate studies at Walden University. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Michella has a background in supporting children, adults, and families navigating life’s challenges, including early childhood development, family systems, and individuals with mental health and developmental needs.
She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her approach is client-centered and strengths-based, focusing on resilience, emotional safety, and collaborative care.
Michella values empathy, patience, and meeting clients where they are, while supporting meaningful growth and healing. She is committed to ongoing professional development and providing ethical, compassionate care.
