Ashira, is Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Mississippi, California and Alabama with over 16 years of experience in providing high quality care and support to teens, adults, the elderly and mental health populations. She has a consistent track record of working successfully with individuals, families and groups, within a variety of settings.

Kensley May is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). He has worked in the mental health field for seven years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from the University of West Alabama.
Kensley brings a diverse clinical background shaped by experience in mental health, addiction medicine, community mental health, and MYPAC/in-home counseling. He provides services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, and offers an affirming, supportive space for individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. His clinical experience includes working with ADHD, anxiety, addiction-related concerns, adolescent challenges, life transitions and adjustment, depression, grief, school-related issues, self-esteem, stress management, and conflict resolution.
At the heart of his work is a commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Kensley is passionate about advocating for those who may struggle to find their voice, while helping individuals and families move toward growth, healing, and a deeper understanding of their purpose.

Jourdan McGrath

Jourdan McGrath is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work in 2015 and Master of Social Work in 2021, both from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Jourdan brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to her work with individuals across the lifespan including children, teens, adults, and older adults. She has experience in child and family services, hospice care, and mental health. Her style is compassionate, person-centered, and judgment-free, meeting each individual where they are on their journey.
Jourdan is passionate about supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, challenges with self-esteem, and navigating relationships. She is dedicated to creating an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and people from all walks of life. Her goal is to provide a safe and open environment where you can exist freely and feel empowered to explore emotions, pursue personal growth, and simply be yourself. Holly Fedele

Holly Fedele is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Psychology in 2008 and Master of Social Work in 2017, both from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has experience in inpatient and outpatient treatment, as well as therapy in a correctional setting.
Holly recognizes each of us have a unique story, but it can be influenced by the outside world.
Holly has experience with adults experiencing life changes, PTSD, anxiety, grief, depression, and other mood disorders. She also has experience with couples seeking to create a healthier relationship. She is ethically non-monogamous, and LGBTQIA affirming.
Holly’s personal style of therapy is client-centered, non-judgmental, collaborative, and warm with a teaspoon of humor. She focuses on the past and present and through both, hopes to assist you heal and create a healthier story for yourself.

Kristie Lal

Kristie Lal is a Licensed Counselor (P-LPC). She is a compassionate and experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in education and counseling. She began her career as a special education teacher, where she developed a deep understanding of students with various learning and emotional needs. Her passion for supporting individuals' mental health led her to pursue a Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) in 2020.
In 2024, she earned an Educational Specialist degree in Counselor Education from Mississippi State University, further enhancing her expertise. With years of experience as a counselor, Kristie has worked extensively with clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, including those with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She also has experience working with military veterans, helping them navigate the effects of trauma, PTSD, and life transitions.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to meet each client's unique needs, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for healing. She specializes in supporting individuals through life transitions, grief, and trauma recovery, focusing on helping adolescents, young adults, and veterans build resilience, healthier coping strategies, and emotional well-being as they navigate life’s challenges.

Eric James, is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Mississippi. He received his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2024 and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2017. He has been in the Social Services field since 2018.
Over the past 6 years, he has spent time working with adults, adolescents, children, and families in outpatient mental health settings, intensive in-home settings, and residential facilities. He has worked with individuals and families with behavioral and emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and anger. He has a background in cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and collaborative problem solving.
He has a passion for helping others in their journey through life. He wants each client to feel heard and accepted through their work together. His approach is person-centered, meaning that he is going meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your unique needs. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.

Kimberly Turner

Dr. Kimberly Turner is a Provisionally Licensed Master Level Social Worker (LMSW). She has completed clinical supervision and is currently in the process of obtaining her Clinical Social Work license (LCSW). She received her Doctorate of Clinical Behavioral Health from Arizona State University in 2024, where her research focused on mental health disparities among adolescents and young adults. Kimberly obtained her Master of Social Work Degree in 2011 and her Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 2010, both from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her passion for children and families led her to obtain her Master of Science with an emphasis on children and families from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015.
Kimberly has practiced professionally in the field of social work for over 15 years and has dedicated most of her career to child welfare and children and families. She is passionate about strengthening family systems and empowering individuals while being solution focused. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and confidence. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, anger management concerns, parenting challenges, communication difficulties, and relationship issues.
Kimberly’s therapeutic approach is client-centered and evidence-based and draws from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based practices, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a safe and supportive space for growth. Kimberly is a very creative therapist and enjoys using music, poetry, and other creative/expressive arts as alternative ways to connect with youth and individuals. Her goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, build resilience, and create lasting positive change.

Jasmine Richards has recently earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of West Alabama! She also holds a Bachelor’s in Counseling Psychology from Trinity College of Florida.
Jasmine brings a warm, compassionate presence to Catalyst Counseling, where she works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has specialized experience supporting children on the autism spectrum and believes that counseling is a collaborative journey built on trust, authenticity, and respect.
Her integrative approach blends Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Jasmine is passionate about helping individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered as they build insight, resilience, and pursue meaningful change.

Danielle Schroeder

Danielle Schroeder is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University in 2016 and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William Carey University in 2018.
Danielle has extensive experience working with adults navigating chronic mental illness, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions across both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has served as an intensive outpatient therapist since 2018, where she provided group and individual therapy, as well as crisis intervention and support.
Her therapeutic approach is compassionate, person-centered, and grounded in mindfulness and holistic practices. As a certified yoga instructor, Danielle integrates movement, breathwork, and mind-body awareness into her work, helping clients cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and balance in their daily lives.

Irina Leon is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of South Alabama.
As a bilingual Latina therapist, Irina is passionate about providing a supportive, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, experiences, and personal growth. She works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
Irina has experience supporting underserved populations, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals facing complex family and personal stressors. She understands the importance of culturally sensitive care and values creating a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), person-centered techniques, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.
